Prices and payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. You will see the total amount you will pay, including shipping and VAT, at the checkout before confirming your order. Sjö&Hav offers private individuals the opportunity to pay via credit card. Sjö&Hav uses Payex Sweden AB as supplier of secure payments.
You select a stored card number or enter a new one (which can be saved to next time) and click pay. Done!
Delivery takes place in collaboration with PostNord and all shipments are sent by A-mail. Sjö &Hav is not responsible for any delays caused by PostNord. Sjö&Hav is responsible for the transport risk, ie. the risk of the goods being damaged or being lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You are responsible for the risk of any return.
Sjö&Hav gives full right of return within 14 days of receiving the goods. The product must be returned in unbroken original packaging and be in unchanged condition, ie not used, destroyed or damaged. Always contact our customer service before returning goods. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and enter the case and order number and we will shortly return with instructions on how the goods are returned.
Upon return, the goods must be packed well (preferably in the same packaging as it was sent from Sjö&Hav). Transport damages that arise as a result of defective packaging are charged to you as a customer. Sjö&Hav takes no responsibility for the transport of the returned item. The shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer.
Sjö&Hav always gives full compensation for complaints that can be considered by the nature of manufacturing defects. If a product is damaged or incorrect when it arrives, it should be advertised within 7 days from the date of delivery. As a customer, you are responsible for carefully examining the delivered products upon receipt to ensure that they are faultless.
When you send an e-mail it is important that you enter the name, case and order number so we have the opportunity to return with instructions on how to return the damaged product.
Temporarily out of stock
If a product is temporarily out of stock, the entire order is back-listed until full delivery can take place. In case your order is affected by a residual listing, you will normally be notified via the email address associated with the order. Part delivery can be made but then after contact with our customer service.
Reservation for changes
Sjö&Hav reserves the right for final sales, printing errors, errors in information and errors in specification, on all products and services in our range. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations. We cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product. Sjö&Hav reserves the right to change prices and conditions. The price that applies is that at each given purchase opportunity.
Any refunds will be made via the payment method you paid with. As soon as your possible return or complaint is approved, we will make a refund. This can take up to five working days from receiving and accepting your return. If you just made an order and you want to make a change to your order, we can handle a refund directly. This assumes that we have not started processing (picking & packing) your order, so we can make changes and refunds much more quickly.

Age limit when ordering
You must be at least 18 years old at the time of ordering. If you are under the age of 18, you can order it via a guardian (parent or similar) care. Målsman then orders with his own name.
