For us at Sjö & Hav it is important that you feel secure in how we handle your personal data. In light of the EU General Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR), we have reviewed our internal procedures and, together with our partners, ensured that your information is handled in a safe manner and that our approaches comply with applicable laws.
In this policy, we describe which personal data Sjö&Hav collects about you and how we handle these. We also inform you about your rights and where you can turn to questions or comments.
Who is the person responsible for personal data?
SH Kollektion AB, with company. no. 556759-1531 and postal address Sveavägen 49, 113 59 Stockholm (in this policy called “Sjö&Hav”), the personal data controller is responsible for processing your personal data when Sjö&Hav provides and markets products and services as well as other contacts with Sjö&Hav, such as visits to our online store or service cases via email and telephone. How do we collect and how do we handle personal information?

We may also collect information about you when you contact us in other cases that, for example, are looking for a product with us. If necessary, we process your personal information in order to inform you about news and changes in our service offering. We also collect personal data via cookies on our website www.sjohav.se.
Sjö&Hav provides the personal data of its suppliers and personal data assistants that are necessary for the execution of the assignment, such as service providers that provide IT services and billing services. Sjö&Hav can also, if there is legal support for it, disclose your personal information to authorities.
In cases where Sjö&Hav hires suppliers to provide services with all or part of their operations in countries outside the EU / EEA, we have taken appropriate safeguards and ensured that transferred personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Suppliers have entered into agreements with us where they have undertaken to comply with the provisions approved by the EU Commission for the protection of privacy.

The personal data that we collect are processed for different purposes and are therefore saved for different long periods of time, taking into account applicable laws and regulations (eg with regard to the Accounting Act or tax obligations).

Right to information
You have the right to receive information about which of your personal data we process, free of charge, a so-called registry extract. A request for registry extracts must be made in writing or by mail to us. You are welcome to specify the categories of personal data you want access to. We only disclose such personal data that we know for sure.
The register extract is sent to your population registration address within 30 days.
Right to correction
We are responsible for ensuring that the personal information we process about you is accurate and up to date. If we have an incorrect personal data, you have the right to request that these be corrected. You have the right to supplement with personal data that you consider lacking but which you think are relevant with regard to the purpose or matter.
Right to erase
You have the right to request that your personal data be deleted. We will only delete personal information that is no longer needed for the purposes for which we have collected it, and whether the processing is solely based on your consent and you have withdrawn this consent.
Right to limitation of treatment
You have the right, in some cases, to demand that our processing of your information be limited. You also have the right to revoke an earlier consent, for example if you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us.
Right to objection
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that we do with the support of a balance of interests. In this case, you need to specify which treatment you object to. If we get an objection to that kind, we can only continue the treatment if we can show that there are mandatory justifying reasons for the personal data to be processed, which weighs heavier than your interests.
Right to data portability

Complaint
If you believe that we treat your personal data in violation of applicable data protection regulations, you should report this to us as soon as possible. You also have the opportunity to turn to the Data Inspectorate.
Privacy Policy Update
Sjö & Hav reserves the right to update its privacy policy, for example, if there are changes and clarifications in the Data Protection Act or other legislation that results in our processes and systems having to be developed or changed. Changes to the privacy policy will then be announced on our website.
